JOB DESCRIPTION
Support logistics tasks, preparation for recruitment activities
Support arranging for Panasonic events (design poster, scanning documents, phone screening, communicating with relevant departments...)
Support managing PVG careers fan-page to achieve KPIs and attract followers
Conduct recruitment survey and reports under guidance of senior members
Other office tasks assigned by team leader
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year students able to work full-time, fresh graduates with bachelor's degree welcome to apply
Good command of spoken and written English
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)
Hard-working, honest, teamwork spirit, and have high commitment to a 3-month internship
