Are you organized, friendly, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment? We're looking for a Receptionist / Office
Admin Intern to support our daily operations and be the welcoming face of our office.
The Role
Welcome visitors and handle incoming calls and emails
Create a welcoming first impression by maintaining a professional, friendly, and well-presented appearance
Support day-to-day office operations and administration
Manage meeting rooms, office supplies, and deliveries
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and basic reporting
Help organize internal events and team activities
REQUIREMENTS
II. Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English
Friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration or related fields
