Assisting with logistics of internal events, company activities, school tours, competitions, and other programmes
Capturing content during events and activities
Supporting basic photo or video editing and writing captions for social channels
What You'll Need
Undergraduates or fresh graduates in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields
You enjoy working in operations or coordinating with people to keep things running smoothly
You are detail-oriented and comfortable handling paperwork and administrative tasks
You communicate clearly and are proactive in following up with others
You can quickly understand instructions and execute tasks without close supervision
You are flexible when priorities change and can manage multiple tasks effectively
You are reliable, responsive, and able to stay organised under pressure
