KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support proposal & deck development
Work with the lead planner or business manager on client proposals: take the agreed direction and draft assigned sections of the deck: campaign rationale, content and channel plans, timelines, references.
Help shape the integrated plan across Vietcetera's inventory (editorial, video, social, KOL/creator, event, distribution) by collecting options from the relevant internal teams and laying them out clearly for the lead to review.
Join brainstorms and contribute ideas, angles and key messages. The concept is developed as a team, and interns are expected to speak up in the room.
Apply Vietcetera's brand style to decks and one-pagers, and keep the proposal library (templates, case studies, inventory sheets) organised so the team can pitch faster.
Project coordination
Help the account team keep project timelines, deliverable trackers and status updates current from kick-off to wrap.
Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, video, design, social, production) to collect assets and confirm feasibility before commitments go into a proposal.
Prepare meeting materials, capture and circulate meeting notes and follow-up actions, and chase open items to closure.
Assist on post-campaign wrap-up reports, compiling the figures the relevant teams provide into a clear client-facing format.
Research & category intelligence
Research client brands, categories, competitors and audiences, and summarise the findings for the team to build on.
Track what brands, agencies and publishers are doing in Vietnam and the region, and bring relevant references into brainstorms and proposals.
Maintain a reference bank of campaign examples, content formats and trends.
How you will be supported
You report to the Business Manager and work day to day with an assigned planner who briefs you, reviews your work and gives feedback.
Responsibility grows with what you demonstrate. Interns who show strong judgement take ownership of full deck sections and, over time, smaller proposals end to end.
