Are you a dynamic, passionate student eager to explore recruitment in a global talent acquisition team? We are looking for a Recruitment Intern to join us, where you'll gain international exposure, mentorship from professionals, and hands-on experience bringing theory into practice.
This internship ideally lasts 6 months and can be full-time or part-time. You will work closely with our recruiter in Vietnam while having opportunities to join APAC and global meetings - the perfect chance to apply your studies, grow your skills, and build an international career foundation.
What will you do
Campus recruitment: Support university outreach, career fairs, and student engagement activities to build talent pipelines.
Marketing & content: Support create job ads, social media posts, and promotional materials to strengthen employer branding.
Logistics: Assist with scheduling interviews, coordinating events, and preparing onboarding materials.
Recruitment support: Screen resumes, manage candidate databases, and communicate with applicants.
Other tasks as reasonably requested.

As our new Recruitment Intern, you will join the Global Talent Acquisition team. Our team consists of 20 recruiters and recruiter marketers, giving you the opportunity to learn from diverse expertise. You will also have the chance to participate in global meetings and regional meetings, where knowledge sharing and collaboration are key parts of our culture.
What you bring
Third-year or final-year student in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
Fluent in English
Tech-savvy, adaptable to new technology and AI
Strong people skills and teamwork ability
Passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive
Hands-on with problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented and quality-focused
Content/design skills (e.g., Canva) are a plus
