Role Description
Program Consultant Intern
Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, social media, and other communication channels.
Understand learners' needs and recommend suitable courses and training programs.
Follow up with leads and support them throughout the enrollment process.
Provide accurate information about training program, schedules, and promotions.
Maintain positive relationships with prospective and current students to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Administration Support
Assist in preparing quotations, enrollment forms, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Maintain and update customer records and databases accurately.
Track student registrations, payments, and enrollment status.
Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the admissions and sales team.
Prepare reports on leads, enrollments, and sales activities.
Support general administrative tasks and other assignments as required.
Job Specification
Requirements
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, English, Communications, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, volunteer experience, or part-time work in customer service, sales, admissions, or administration is a plus.
Good command of English and Vietnamese.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer database management is an advantage.
