Recruitment (80%)
Support recruitment needs and post job ads.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate candidate integration.
Boost internal referrals and manage recruitment platforms.
Employer Branding (20%)
Design and manage employer brand content on social platforms.
Plan recruitment events (Job Fairs, Webinars, etc.).
Qualifications:
3rd/4th year student or recent graduate in HR, Economics, or related fields.
Commitment to a 6-month full-time internship.
HR/recruitment experience is a plus.
Good communication in English & Vietnamese.
Friendly, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
