Must Have Skills and Experience (Hard Skills/Experience)
• Strong analytical skills
(e.g., Excel (Pivot Tables, Graphs),
• Experience in report creation using PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze data, identify business needs, and propose actionable solutions (with proven experience in making such proposals).
• Excellent communication skills for managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask and manage various tasks efficiently.
• Good command of English (All reporting/Analyzing should be in English)
Must Have Personal Qualities (Soft Skills/Character/Mindset)
• Punctuality and strong time management.
• Proactive attitude - able to take initiative based on business needs, without waiting for instructions.
• Flexibility - capable of adapting to frequent requests and changing priorities from the Director.
