Job Description
Support document review and publication activities, including document screening, author follow-up, and communication on document-related topics.
Monitor periodic document reviews and coordinate with Document Department Coordinators (DDCs).
Support document digitalization and document control activities.
Support DDC meetings, including meeting preparation and related presentations.
Support archiving room administration, including 5S monitoring and records maintenance.
Qualifications
Final-year student in English Language, Technical English, Business English, Business Administration, Office Administration, Archives & Records Management, or related fields.
Good English communication and coordination skills.
Reliable, proactive, detail-oriented, and highly disciplined.
Comfortable working with documents, data, and routine administrative tasks.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate is an advantage.

Job Description
1. Support Service Desk for IT Infra Front-End (IT accessories & small equipment, printing service, barcode scanners, communication TV, etc.): act as 1st layer of contact for Service Request Fulfillment, Incident Management.
2. Support IT Inventory Management. Including 5S/ Safety tracking, ensure inventory data quality, stock management.
3. Support IT Procurement & Cost Monitoring:
Following PR/PO from end to end (customer request consolidation, quotation collection, PR/PO follow up, MIGO)
IT cost monitoring: cost tracking with meaningful reports that facilitate management decision making.
4. Support Documentation
Support on IT user guide, work instructions, manuals, knowledge articles
Support on raw data preparation & data presentation for ICO operational reports
5. Support ICO events: birthdays, ICO team-build activities, IT roadshows/ exhibitions/ training.
Qualifications
3rd or 4th year students major in Information System field (

Good English communication & writing skill

C. Production Engineering Intern
Work location: Long Thanh Industrial Zone, An Phuoc Commune, Dong Nai, Vietnam
Job Description
Review, organize, and maintain tooling mechanical drawings and related engineering documents.
Create and update 3D models, 2D drawings, and establish a tooling drawing library/database.
Support documentation activities, including translating and migrating German engineering documents into English and Vietnamese.
Assist in preparing Work Instructions (WI), process documentation, and technical reports.
Support engineering activities for the production relocation project, including data collection, document management, and technical coordination.
Assist in CAD drawing updates, BOM preparation, and engineering change documentation (ECR/ECO) when required.
Perform other engineering support tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
3rd or 4th-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
Proficient in CAD software, preferably AutoCAD, Siemens NX or SolidWorks.
Able to read and work with mechanical drawings.
Basic knowledge of CNC machining is an advantage.
Good command of English (reading technical documents and basic communication).
Careful, responsible, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and proactive.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Description
Products: Electrical Connectors for the Automotive Industry.
Perform design calculations, including tolerance analysis and dimensional measurement (3D data).
Apply engineering methodologies such as FMEA, DRBFM, DFMA, etc. to ensure robust product design.
Support testing activities, including sample preparation, test setup, and execution.
Assist in technical risk assessments, problem solving, customer approvals, and tooling release processes.
Assist in developing and optimizing design solutions.
Explore and apply AI and digital tools to improve design efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
Final-year student majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering (Preferred GPA 7.5 or above).
Academic background includes relevant coursework, assignments, or mini-projects related to product development, design, simulation, or testing.
