🎓 REQUIREMENTS:
✅ Recent graduates or candidates with less than one year of work experience in Mechatronic Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields.
✅ Proficiency in English communication (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent certification).
✅ Minimum GPA of 2.7/4 or 7/10.
✅ Demonstrated analytical skills, logical reasoning, and critical thinking abilities.
✅ Ability to learn quickly and adapt well to pressure and change.
✅ A proactive mindset with creativity in problem-solving.
