About Chợ Deli
Chợ Deli (Market Deli) is a B2B food & beverage supplier in Ho Chi Minh City. We source and deliver fresh produce, meat, fish and fruit to F&B businesses, on time, every morning. We run the company like a technology business: we build our own ERP in-house, and AI sits at the centre of how we operate. We run operations with an AI co-pilot: AI helps, and people check, decide and act.

JOB DESCRIPTION
About the role
Every night our hub picks, packs and ships orders for delivery the next morning. This role sits between the planning side (Ops Associate) and the hub floor (Hub Operator). You keep orders moving so that the right goods reach the right customer on time.
What you will do
Coordinate picking: make sure each order is picked and packed correctly and on schedule, and tell the hub team what to prioritise.
Coordinate deliveries: track each shipment from packing to hand-over to the driver and to the customer. Flag delays and problems early.
Connect the two sides: relay information between the Ops Associate and the Hub Operator so that nothing gets lost between plan and execution.
Report: at the end of each shift, report the status of orders and any issues.
Use our ERP every shift and work with an AI co-pilot in real operations.
