About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead financial planning, pricing strategy, budget control, and performance analysis for Own Brand (OB), Own Label (OL), and Membership at WinCommerce.
This role acts as a strategic business partner for Buying, Marketing, Merchandise, Loyalty, and Operations to drive revenue-cost-profit optimization and support data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Planning & Forecasting
Build annual and monthly business plans (revenue, profit, market share).
Cascade targets to categories and ensure alignment with company strategy.
Develop accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts based on actual performance.
2. Pricing & Margin Optimization
Analyze cost-price-competitiveness and recommend price changes.
Optimize margin through cost reduction, packaging/quality improvements, MOQ, etc.
Recommend SKU rationalization to maximize commercial efficiency.
3. Membership Performance Analysis
Build and monitor financial models for Membership KPIs (retention, CLV, frequency).
Evaluate cost efficiency of coupons, benefits, and loyalty programs.
Recommend optimization to increase frequency and basket size.
4. Budgeting & Financial Control
Build cost standards, category budgets, and financial authorization matrices.
Review out-of-budget expenses and recommend mitigation actions.
Conduct financial compliance checks and risk assessments.
5. Reporting & Business Analytics
Develop reporting system and deliver management reports.
Analyze variance vs. budget and propose corrective actions.
Prepare financial presentations for leadership.
6. Operational Performance Evaluation
Participate in KPI design and payout calculation for business units.
Set revenue KPIs for regions/stores.
Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency.
7. Cost Optimization
Control OPEX and monitor implementation of cost-saving initiatives.
Propose solutions to improve overall cost efficiency.
8. Project & Investment Assessment
Conduct ROI analysis for new categories, projects, and business models.
Participate in system/operation improvement projects.
9. People Management
Manage a small team of finance specialists.
Develop successors and build a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing (CPA/CFA/ACCA preferred).
Experience
5+ years in Finance, including at least 3 years in a similar role.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, MNC, or large corporations is a strong plus.
Knowledge in Private Label / Own Brand / Loyalty Program is an advantage.
Skills
Strong financial planning, pricing, and commercial analysis.
Excellent business acumen and understanding of retail operations.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI preferred.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Leadership capability to manage and develop team members.
