About the role
The Marketing Intern supports the Marketing & Communication Team in day-to-day campaign and operational execution. This role assists with campaign monitoring, reporting, tracking, CRM data management, competitor research, content support, event execution, and marketing-related documentation. It is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented candidate who wants hands-on exposure to both performance marketing and broader marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
The roles and responsibilities of the Marketing Intern includes:
· Support day-to-day marketing operations, especially campaign monitoring, reporting, tracking, and cross-team coordination
· Assist with CRM data entry and database management to ensure lead information is accurate and up to date
· Conduct market and competitor research to support benchmarking and market understanding
· Support content-related tasks, including basic content writing and copy adaptation for marketing materials
· Assist with event execution, including on-site support and basic photo/content capture at school events
· Support contract administration, paperwork, and other documentation related to marketing activities
Other duties:
· Contributing to team effort by welcoming new and different work requirements; exploring new opportunities to enhance the services of the department; helping others accomplish related job results as and where needed.
· Other tasks and responsibilities assigned to the Employee by the Company which may be adjusted from time to time.

Education:
o Final-year student, fresh graduate, or early-career candidate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Qualifications and Skills
o Strong interest in digital marketing, performance marketing, or marketing in general
o Basic understanding of marketing operations, campaign execution, or digital marketing is preferred
o Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and data entry tasks
o Good attention to detail, organization, and time management
o Good research skills, with the ability to gather and summarize competitor and market information
o Able to communicate in Vietnamese and English clearly and coordinate effectively with different stakeholders
o Willing to learn, reliable, and proactive in supporting the team, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
