The Malaysia Business Chamber Vietnam (MBC) is a non-governmental, not-for-profit, non-political organization registered in Vietnam. Established in August 2000, MBC provides interaction, assists Malaysian individuals and corporations established in Vietnam with valuable connections within the community whilst enhancing business relationships with the Vietnamese Authorities and other multi-national corporations. MBC objectives involves bringing Malaysians together from diverse businesses to promote and enhance inter-personal and professional development whilst engaging in community service initiatives.
With co-operations and collaborations with many other associations across the country, MBC has achieved the highest accreditation and recognition through organizing various events on business networking and forums, charities, and sports. MBC is an excellent platform and environment for its members to meet and exchange ideas, information, and expertise.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Secretariat.
Drive membership recruitment, retention, and engagement.
Secure sponsorships and develop strategic partnerships.
Plan and execute Chamber events from concept to completion.
Oversee the Chamber's marketing, communications, website, and social media presence.
Build and manage a lean, high-performing Secretariat team.
Support the Executive Committee in implementing strategic initiatives and Chamber activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).
Proven experience in Business Development, Sponsorship Sales, Partnership Development, Account Management, or Event Management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Experience working with business associations, chambers of commerce, NGOs, or membership organizations is an advantage.
