OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Vietnamese national to fill the
position of full-time Marketing &
Admin Intern in SingCham Vietnam - HCMC
office. This person will be responsible for tasks covering a wide range of
functions such as event management, administration, and marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of a SingCham intern include but are not limited to the following:
1. Responsible
for admin works, filing system, and paper works in SingCham office (50%)

Support the hard copy filing system.
·
Send out all post; invoices, contracts, and other mail.
·
Organize stationery orders.
·
Support with SingCham membership tasks.
·
Translation of files and documents when needed.
2. Event
Support and Coordinator (40%)
·
Registration and reception at events.
·
Coordinate with the line Manager to ensure that all logistics are in
place.
·
Coordinate to obtain vendors' quotations and supplier's contacts.
·
Provide support for any administration that is required.
3. Other
tasks assigned by line Manager (10%)
REQUIREMENTS:
·
Senior or graduated students.
·
Fluency in English and Vietnamese.
·
Hard-working, Self-motivated, honest, reliable, willing to learn, and a 'can-do' attitude.
·
Good computer skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft
Office.
·
Starting date: Monday, February 3nd 2024 for a duration
of at least 3 months.
BENEFITS:

Allowance per month: VND 2,000,000 include parking fee.
·
Meal allowance: VND 30,000 per day.

Certificate/Reference letter when finishing the internship.
