1. IT Procurement management
- Process IT procurement requests for the organization in coordination with procurement and other departments.
- Serve as the IT authorized contact for liaison and support related department.
- Track all IT contracts to include service agreements and renewals including software licenses.
- Draft and award supplier contracts with support from legal, as required.
- Conducting commercial review to mitigate and manager commercial risks.
- Run tenders, evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors.
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers and internal teams to ensure requirements are delivered appropriately.
- Maintain and process IT equipment leasing schedule and reconcile payments.
- Coordinate travel arrangement and concur expense management.
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
- Analyze and assign new request to related team for resolve user's issues.
- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Design/update needed workflows and procedures.
- Assists in budgeting for IT expenses, including the purchase of new equipment and software when necessary.
- Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
- Take ownership of resolution of contractual disputes
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the
IT manager level

IT Support- Perform low-level technology tasks such as password resets, new account setups as needed.
- Support user problems in IT scope in case the others absent. (Internet, MS office, access system,...)
- Report problems and open tickets with vendors.
3. Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.
- Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations.
