Responsibilities
Work directly with
Account Managers in overseeing and managing merchant accounts, as well as negotiating targets and investments
Assist in a variety of other tasks to build and manage healthy and lasting relationships, ensuring maximum merchant collaboration
Support the Account Management team to do research and conduct analysis
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to make sure that deliveries will be sent on time following deadlines
Available ≥4 days a week, in office
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Final year student in BA, e-commerce, marcom, or related fields
Good with numbers, data analysis, and visualization skills (Excel, Tableau, etc.)
Result-oriented, patient, and hands-on working style
Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Has previous part-time/internship experiences
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Hard working, curious, and has a great sense of humor
Good time management skills and the ability to multi-task
Ability to create, contribute new ideas, and propose own projects
