1/SMB Seller Education & Engagement Project Intern

Responsibilities:
1. Seller Engagement Activities & Management:
- Manage the key projects to enhance sellers' engagement with the platform Responsible for managing seller community strategy which builds out a cohesive plan that suits overarching seller community goals and generally exploring and optimizing different incentive activities
2. Communication Management:
- Create external and internal B2B content including news articles, social media posts, newsletters... for the online sellers community group and other social media channels that motivates, inspires, educates, and engages with sellers
- Building Monthly Content Plan to ensure quality, consistency and alignment with responsive purpose and editorial strategy
- Other obligations and duties of the Seller Engagement which are assigned by the team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Currently pursuing bachelor's degree or above in PR, Marketing, Communications, Event, and similar
Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating performance, analytical and data oriented
Adept at creating engaging, inspiring, and persuasive B2B content
Have a creative sense of evaluating and leveraging creative materials and branding guidelines
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and coordination of cross functional teams
Proven experience in problem-solving and time management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce for major e-commerce platforms, focusing on B2B communication experiences, or relating positions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Video production

2/ShopTab Assortment Operation Project Intern

Responsibilities:
In charge of the day-to-day operation of New Arrival Channel in Shoptab, Take the initiatives to improve channel efficiency by data analysis and competitor monitoring.
Support ShopTab assortment growth project by material translation, AM communication and seller interview, etc.
Produce 《Business Opportunity Bi-Weekly》 with the help of leader, distributing the materials via 2B channels.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Actively enrolled university students who can work full-time 5 days a week for a minimum of 3 months
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Focuses on details to ensure that daily operations run smoothly without errors
Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Possessed an e-commerce or marketing internship experiences
Major in e-commerce/marketing/economics/media
