Responsibilities
- Support campaign operations, particularly pre-campaign tasks such as slot hunting, target setting, and preparation.
- Collaborate closely with Creator Managers to ensure all campaign requirements are met.
- Support project coordination, including tracking timelines, following up on tasks, maintaining documentation, and setting reminders or call-outs to Creator Managers.
- Assist in campaign voucher creation and management.
- Assist in campaign data tracking and reporting, monitoring key performance metrics including GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Actively enrolled university student with degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with solid logical thinking and analytical capabilities
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data tools for handling and analyzing large datasets
- Prior experience with e-commerce platform promotions (e.g., vouchers) is a plus.

To build the strategic growth engine as TTS VN's creator ecosystem where 18k high-potential mid creators scale into a resilient, high-quality, and commercially powerful force, enabling the next wave of scalable, sustainable commerce growth.
Vertical Enablement: We translate industry assortment, seller resources into vertical creator growth momentum through vertical-specific matchmaking, campaign collaboration, and refined operational strategies.
Scaled Precision Operations: We reach creators at scale through community-based operations, turning platform connection into a consistent driver of creator activation, retention, and performance uplift.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Assist creator operations, including daily community operation and performance tracking and optimization summary.
2. Support product assortment/selection tasks for live and short-video scenarios (e.g., hero SKU tracking, basic category analysis).
3. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth key live stream delivery.
4. Support incentive tools design, such as task and ranking.
Creator Strategy:
1. Track by level creator supply, and to provide creator growth strategy in time, including creator task, ranking, assortment activity, education.
2. Encourage consistent and higher level creator supply (livestream creator, video creator). Identify performance gaps and provide actionable guidance to uplift results.
3. To build up fixed routine with cluster team, to provide by category/hot selling products/trendy/seasonable product to creators.
4. To closely work with IMC/CCP/UG, to provide campaign/event to creators to join.
Community Operations: 1. To onboard as many as qualified creators in community group.
2. To monitor in-group creator performance, to do in-time operation to downgraded/upgraded creators.
3. To execute creator activities such as ranking/education workshop/assortment/ad hoc project in community group.
4. To monitor, Q&A and report GNE/TNS relevant issues from creator.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled University student
- Good Excel and data processing ability (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table) with strong analytical thinking.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in creator/vertical operations, live-streaming ecosystem, and e-commerce growth (experience is a plus).
