Job Description:
Manage Key Influencer Accounts: Own end-to-end relationships with top-performing KOLs/KOCs, from onboarding to performance tracking and engagement.
Campaign Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and partners to plan and execute KOL campaigns across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Performance Optimization: Analyze data to evaluate campaign impact and continuously improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, analytics, operations, and product teams to align campaign goals and streamline influencer operations.
Market Research: Stay updated on influencer trends, content formats, and competitor programs to keep Shopee ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing
Experienced in managing relationships and running campaigns with influencers or
content creators.
Comfortable using data and Excel/Google Sheets to drive performance decisions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Passion for e-commerce, social media, and creator economy.
