WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will take the driver's seat in turbo-charging our operation's engine, turning it into a well-oiled machine of efficiency and effectiveness!

Currently, 4P's already operates more than 30 restaurants and are expanding fast. Our expansion is in pursuit of our Vision "to make the world smile for peace." In this process, we need to improve our current operations to make it easier for our team to create more WOW, smile creating, moments for our guests.

You will have a huge impact in how we improve our restaurants. This is a new and exciting team dedicated to improving all around. So we are looking for a partner, passionate about making 4P's the best it can be.

WHO YOU ARE ?

Experience and skills:

Got experience in operations or process improvement, preferably in the F&B world.
Known for propelling operational enhancements and efficiency.
Versed in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
Pro at pinpointing inefficiencies and devising killer solutions.
Exceptional problem solver with a flair for creativity and innovation.
Familiar with data analysis, performance metrics, and BI software.
Top level project manager, skilled in execution, and keeping projects on track.

Communication whiz with excellent interpersonal skills.
Passionate self-learner, always seeking to grow.
Thrives under pressure, juggling tasks and beating deadlines.
