Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Communication Planning Manager to supervise and lead a team of Communication Planners, providing guidance and mentorship
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Account Management, Creative and Content teams to understand client requirements and objectives
- Develop innovative influencer marketing strategies and social media campaign plans that align with client goals and budget constraints
- Conduct influencer selection and propose innovative schemes to manage influencer partnerships
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing and social media
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and challenges
- Analyze campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and report results to clients and senior management
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers across relevant industries
- Serve as a liaison between different departments to facilitate communication and alignment on influencer marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and social media, with a strong track record of successful campaigns
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to build rapport with influencers, clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking tools
- Strategic thinking with a creative mindset and passion for staying ahead of industry trends
- Previous experience in client-facing roles and ability to effectively translate client needs into actionable strategies
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer management tools, and content creation workflows
