Key Responsibilities
Design Execution & Quality
Take ownership of design deliverables across social-first and influencer campaigns, including visuals, branded content, layouts, motion graphics, and digital assets.
Ensure all outputs meet high standards of creativity, quality, and brand consistency.
Refine and elevate design work through attention to detail, creative exploration, and alignment with campaign objectives.
Collaboration & Implementation
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Copywriters to translate concepts into impactful visual executions.
Work with Talent Management and Account teams to ensure influencer/KOL/KOC content follows brand guidelines and visual direction.
Support campaign rollouts by producing platform-optimized design assets on schedule.
Innovation & Growth
Stay updated with emerging design trends, platform aesthetics, and content formats (static, motion, short-form video).
Experiment with new tools, techniques, and styles to enhance creative output and storytelling.
Share insights and best practices with junior
designers, contributing to the team's overall growth and creative excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
3-5 years of hands-on design experience in creative or digital agencies, ideally with exposure to social/influencer campaigns.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity in branding, digital design, and social-first content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere); experience with Figma/Canva is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
