Mô tả công việc
- Research & Analysis: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (both online & offline) with users and the market about our game business.
- Industry Trends & Competitor Study: Research and analyze industry trends, conduct competitor studies and identify expansion opportunities and competitive threats in the market.
- Performance Assessment & Forecasting: Assess business performance, build forecasts, and propose growth opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate internal processes and external factors to identify constructive improvements.
- Reporting: Present research findings and analysis to business stakeholders in a comprehensive manner.
- Other tasks as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Market Research, or related fields within the Digital Product industry, ideally in Gaming.
- Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience.
- Razor-sharp analytical, problem-solving skills & strategic thinking with the ability to interpret complex data sets, perform A/B testing, and use statistical methods to derive actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL/Data Visualization is a plus.
- Excellent report-building and presentation skills.
- Strong interest in the Gaming Industry. Desire to consistently learn, embrace new challenges, and effectively manage a broad spectrum of projects.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Excellent at communication skills, able to handle crucial conversations and scope, structure, and communicate ideas effectively to key stakeholders.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English is required; Chinese is a plus.
