[HCM] Senior Tax Accountant

- Responsible for tax reporting, tax compliance and other tax-related matters
- Reviewing revenue and expense items in accordance with the approved budget plan in accordance with the Company's processes and regulations
- Reviewing data, documents of revenue, reasonable and valid expenses in compliance with the regulations of the company and the state
- Responsible for checking, making and sending tax reports, tax declaration periodically according to the regulations of the Company and the State.
- Be responsible for explaining, providing documents and data to audit units, tax inspection teams or the requirements of state agencies on tax compliance.
- Receive and answer all problems in the accounting vertical as well as problems of other departments and departments related to tax issues and policies
- Plan optimization and take advantage of tax incentives

Yêu cầu
**Education:
- Graduated from university and above, majoring in Accounting, Auditing, Finance
- Knowledge of accounting standards, laws and regulations in accordance with current regulations
**Work experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Head / deputy head of accounting department with 500 employees and used to directly participate in tax inspection at the unit
- Directly participate in tax inspection teams
- Directly make tax reports, tax declarations
- Or worked as the head of the audit team to directly sign the reports at Big4
**Capabilities and skills:
- Ability to communicate and work with tax and government agencies
- Good English reading comprehension
- Proficient in office computing, good Excel skills
- Ability to learn and communicate well
**Personality and attitude:
- Careful, decisive, compliant, transparent.
