The Service Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that equip service representatives with the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service. This role ensures a consistent and high-quality service experience for all customers.
60% of the trainer's time will be dedicated to:
- Allocating a minimum of 80 to 100 hours per month for training and coaching
- Conducting monthly training programs on sales processes and fixed service standards.
- Delivering brand-specific training programs.
- Conducting store visit audits and providing direct coaching to store staff.
40% of the trainer's time will be dedicated to:
- Reviewing and localizing training programs.
- Compiling and sending training, store visit, and coaching reports.
- Developing new training programs.
- Creating e-learning training modules.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience conducting training, preferably in the Retail/Beauty industry.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Proactive, independent, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus.
- Vibrant and outgoing personality with a great sense of personal style
