JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Market Research activities in database development
Assist in data consolidation and management
Support the preparation of field survey materials and evaluation reports
KEY ACTIVITIES
Database Development
Collect information on urban development plans, population trends, infrastructure, modern retail expansion, and general economic changes, as well as their impact on Vietnam's retail distribution market
Monitor and update competitor information (new openings, strategies, etc.)
Data Consolidation & Management
Support data entry, processing, and management across internal systems
Assist in data visualization using tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.
Survey & Reporting Support
Prepare materials and support data processing from field surveys
Consolidate preliminary reports based on field survey data
REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Experience & Knowledge
Understanding of the Vietnam retail market
Basic knowledge of legal regulations related to real estate, commerce, and retail distribution
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office and mapping tools (Google Maps, Google Earth, etc.)
Strong research, analytical, and data collection skills
Soft Skills
Good communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented mindset
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Economics, or related fields
Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome
Languages: Proficient in Vietnamese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing)
Attitude: Open-minded, responsible, flexible, eager to learn, and a strong team player
BENEFITS
Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM.
Work location: 163 Phan Dang Luu, Cau Kieu Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month + parking fee.
