What you'll do:
- Create and design recruitment content: posters, social media posts, email content, short videos, etc.
- Develop and manage employer branding across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, internal newsletters...)
- Plan and execute recruitment marketing campaigns for our supermarket system
- Support other tasks as assigned by the Manager
Who we're looking for:
- Final-year students or fresh graduates (available for full-time internship, 6 months)
- Strong interest in Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Good command of MS Office and able to work under pressure
