Job Description:
50% C&B Tasks
Manage documents related to Social Insurance, Personal Income Tax (PIT), and health insurance.
Manage employee records, collect and store both hard and soft copies, check and update new employees.
Support the management and tracking of Labor Contracts, Appendices, Termination Decisions, Bonus Notifications, etc.
Carry out onboarding procedures for new employees such as completing employee declaration forms, guiding them through welfare-related procedures, opening bank accounts, etc.
Coordinate and guide the offboarding procedures for resigning employees, such as handing over equipment.
50% Admin Tasks
Assist in tracking and checking car/taxi arrangements and collecting business expenses from departments.
Coordinate with relevant departments to prepare and execute logistics for annual events and activities of the company.
Track, verify, and process weekly and monthly payment requests from departments, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Determine stationery supply needs; request and control the use and replenishment of supplies.
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
General Requirements:
3rd or 4th-year students, or fresh graduates seeking an internship opportunity.
Good communication skills.
English proficiency (able to communicate).
Experience in extracurricular activities is a plus.
Can work full-time for 6 months.
