JOB DESCRIPTION
*Corporate & Residential Project Marketing & Communications
CORPORATE: Following brand guideline to increase brand awareness
+ Social Media: Work with in-house team, follow social guideline to handle design for social post on Facebook, yammer, LinkedIn. Support campaigns to achieve the target traffic, views and interactions.
+ Create print ads.
+ Design EDM banner
+ Retouch photos.
+ Prepare seasonal notice, greeting e-card, thank you e-card for staffs and customer.
RESIDENTIAL: Support marketing and sales with design deliverables
+ Follow guidline and make adaptation for other designs (Brochure, Flyer...)
+ Create POSM for event (Banner, backdrop, standee, invitation,...)
+ Create Key visual for project's campaign.
+ Create advertising publications, promotions to promote sales.
+ Design EDM Banners.
+ Design notification templates, e-card, thank-you card for holidays.
+ Seasonal for FB Cover, FB Post.
+ Optimize design format for different marketing and communication channels (online, offline) to ensure high impression of target audiences.
+ Make adaptation design for KLV's networks: portal, R+, SC, EP...
+ Design Advertise for SGSU and OOH product (hoarding, banner, signage...).
+ Support to finetune salebrief.
+ Assist in finalizing the design of sales documents (Project siteplan, Floor plan, Typical unit layout...).
+ Work with the print vendor to ensure the best printing product.
*Corporate Social Responsibility Communications
Responsible for designing publications related to the CSR program
+ Create key visual
+ Make adaptation KV to social post (FB post, banner, cover...)
+ Design POSM for event (Backdrop, banner, signage, standee..)
+ Retouch photos to media
*Ad-hoc support for other marketing/communication activities
Other design-related tasks as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• 3rd or 4th year of bachelor's degree of designing, communication or any related major.
• Able to work on graphic design, having video production experience with proven portfolio is a plus.
• Be experienced in using design/ video editing software (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
• Strong sensibility of typography, color, page layout, a sharp eye for detail.
• Produce videos from planning, drafting story line to shooting and editing is a plus
• Eager to learn, have a positive attitude, are receptive to feedback, and excited to hone your skill.
• Must have a "can-do" attitude, be able to work under pressure & tight deadline
• Be fluent in written communications, both English & Vietnamese.
