Talent Acquisition Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
Steer and monitor approved job postings across various online channels.
Coordinate with candidates and the hiring team for test and interview arrangements.
Actively search for and approach potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline, under the guidance of the team.
Timely and accurately update recruitment status and candidate data in HRS's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
Undergraduate background in Human Resources, Economics, Business, or related fields
Full-time availability (5 days a week)
Good English communication skills
Ability to make initial recruiting/screening calls to support the recruitment team
Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment coordination
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment
Good time management skills
Eyes for details, heart for improvement and motivation to conquer all difficulties.
