Accountabilities:
Essential Functions:
Assist in posting job openings and sourcing candidates for junior positions.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks such as document collection.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by the team.
Hiring Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
Prior experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.
