About the role:
VNG is building technology that serves millions of users while creating an environment where people can learn, grow, and do meaningful work. The Employee Communication Team helps shape that experience by bringing company priorities, culture, and people initiatives to life through communications that inform, connect, and engage Starters.
In this role, you will contribute to communication programs that support employee engagement and company-wide initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders across VNG and gain hands-on experience in a wide range of internal communication projects that help strengthen employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling ideas, write, and edit engaging content across internal communication channels, including announcements, newsletters, emails, intranet articles, and multimedia content.
Partner with HR, Business Units, and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver effective communications that support people programs, organizational initiatives, and business priorities.
Contribute to communications that support VNG's AI-native transformation, including initiatives, tools, policies, best practices, and adoption programs.
Participate in planning and executing communications for VNG's internal referral program and employee advocacy efforts to strengthen employer branding and employee engagement.
Support the operation and management of internal communication platforms and tools, handle recurring communication and coordination tasks, and contribute to other communication projects and events as assigned.
Job requirements:
Background in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Economics, or a related major.
Previous experience (including internship or project-based work) in internal communications, copywriting, content creation, or related fields.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content tailored for internal audiences, both in Vietnamese and English.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with strong ownership and execution skills.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, productivity, or communications is a plus, with an interest in applying AI to improve communication effectiveness.
