Accounting Manager to optimize set up, quality and check-up of Accounting and Tax processes and toolsAccountable for deliverables of accounting processes done by FISS, external provider and local teamUnderstand SE Tax for compliance with local and international Tax requirementsIn collaboration with tax ensure preparation and accuracy of tax returnsLocal tax compliance and in particular declaration, payment and documentationReview of tax / accounting reconciliationHelping the accounting manager for implementation of internal controls in all accounting and tax.

Qualifications - ExternalKnowledge and educationTechnical knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard) and country accounting (statutory & tax)Bachelor in Accounting and Auditing from credit universityCPA, ACCA certified is preferred Skills:Process oriented (workflows, guidelines, instructions, documentation)Capacity to collaborate and manage stakeholders (Accounting Manager, FPA - Financial Planning & Analysis, General Accounting, FISS (Finance Shared Services) team)IT savvy and tools orientedAbility to synthesize and identify key priorities and problems and explain complex issues in a simple mannerHaving learning agility.
