1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
Support the Business Analysis team in gathering, analyzing, and communicating business requirements from users to the development team.
This position is intended to build foundational skills and analytical thinking for candidates beginning their career in Business Analysis.
2. RESPONSIBILITY
- Support in gathering and clarifying requirements from users.
- Take meeting notes and draft basic documentation (minutes, requirement lists, user stories, etc.)
- Create business flowcharts (e.g., business flow, use case) under mentor supervision.
- Review documentation for logic and support testing (UAT) when required.
- Learn and follow the company's business analysis process.
- Access internal documents relevant to the tasks.
- Communicate directly with users to validate requirements (if assigned).
- Suggest improvements to templates or analysis processes (with mentor approval).
3. QUALIFICATIONS
- 3rd or 4th year student, or fresh graduate in Information Systems, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis and requirement modeling (basic UML, BPMN).
- Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC); Agile is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and diagram tools ([protected info], Visio, etc.).
- Familiarity with Figma or Balsamiq is a plus.
