The opportunity
We seek highly motivated individuals to join us for a potential career in People Advisory Services Tax, Mobility services (focused on Immigration).
Your key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and submission of immigration applications and petitions.
Research immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
Support the team in managing client files and maintaining accurate records.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
Helped draft correspondence and legal documents related to immigration cases.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on case strategies.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
To qualify for the role, you must have
Undergraduate or Fresh Graduate with a degree in Human Resource, International Relations, Foreign Language, Law, or related majors.
Strong interest in immigration law and services.
Having working experience in Immigration services with experiences working with authorities is a plus
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Sound computer literacy (MS Excel, Word and Power Point essential)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
Detail-oriented and possess initiative
Positive work attitude, team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Resourceful and logically
