JOB DESCRIPTION
Our services
As part of IT Advisory,
Technology Enablement (TE) provides ERP implementation, System review and
assessment, Digital technology design and implementation to assist clients
based on the top ERP solutions as Oracle, SAP and Microsoft. Our System
Consulting & Implementation team guides our clients through their
technology transformation journey by assisting them to navigate through the
stages of system implementation from configuration, through testing and
training, up to the cutover phase. Our implementation services are designed to
integrate the selected system solution with our client's existing systems,
automate a part or completely of business process by embedder emerging digital
technology, technical architecture and procedures.
Key responsibilities
Gain
exposure to diverse projects spanning fields such as finance, banking,
manufacturing, and services.
Collaborate
with a professional team to address complex issues.
Support
Senior in managing issue and change request lists using designated tools.
Assist
Senior in creating weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for Support Team Manager
and customers.
Have
a chance to work with clients and understand clients' requirements,
expectations, their work practices and the nature of their business.
Assist
Senior in prepare documentation and support in developing deliverables to
clients
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh
graduates/senior students in Business Information System or Management
Information Systems or Information Technology;
A
good team player, proactive with service-oriented mind-set;
Good
command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese;
Analytical
and creative thinking & Strong computer literacy; • Excellent interpersonal
skills;
Energy
and passion to learn from others;
Strong
computer literacy;
Practical
past experience in IT security or business analysis.
Having ONE of the
following knowledge would be an advantage:
ERP
System (Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP A1, Microsoft AX, Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud,
SAP S/4 HANA, Microsoft Dynamic 365)
