JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in preparing raw data for budget-forecast,
Monitor/File service contracts with suppliers; Alert to related Department Heads on expiration one month in prior expired date;
Create new GIDs for customer/ consignee/
shipper;
Extract raw data for month OPEX report/ VNIC report and weekly Job Open;
Fixing all error batches that are stuck and cannot imported into AX & CMC system,
Booking GOM: POB transactions/CCA (clear cash advance) journals, GL Adjustments,...
Create job file and do billing to clients per WH manager's confirmation
Reconciling G/L for PoB and deposit accounts
Support Finance team in other tasks or ad-hod tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd/4th year students or
Freshers with major of Accounting, Finance or other related majors at Universities
- Fluent in English, Excellent in both speaking and writing of English
- Excellent in Microsoft offices
- Hard working, willing to learn
- Can work under pressure
- Can work at least 6 months full time from July 2026
