Are you currently studying Law, Economic Law, or a related field and excited to apply what you've learned in real corporate legal work? We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, passionate about learning, and ready to take on meaningful tasks. If you can commit to a full-time 6-month internship and want to contribute to diverse legal matters within a global organization, come join us as our next Legal Intern!
As a Legal Intern, your responsibilities will include:
Support the GC/Legal Senior Manager in conducting legal research
Assist in the initial review of contracts and legal documents
Provide support for administrative and documentation tasks within the Legal function
Handle daily tasks as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Who we are looking for?
Must be a Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
Remains a student throughout the 6-month internship period, concluding the end of November 2026.
Undergraduate student majoring in Law, Economic Law, or any other relevant field.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks, with attention to detail and careful work habits.
Strong legal analysis skills and logical thinking.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

Key Responsibilities
Manage orders in COMSYS and prepare related reports as required
Support CBU importation processes, including preparing import documents
Verify invoices to ensure alignment with contracts and order information
Handle vehicle documentation, including arranging and archiving release documents
Coordinate with Finance & Controlling (FC) for e-invoice issuance
Prepare and process vehicle documents for dealers
Support daily administrative and operational tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
