RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with training team in updating training needs, process, etc
Prepare Monthly Training Timetable and keep track of training schedules.
Coordinate to prepare curriculum, training materials, and tests, communication, organization and monitoring of the course or training activity.
Conduct class: Coordinate trainers, rooms, venues, and catering requirements; Send invitation, reminders or any associated information if have; follow the attendance tracking.
Teaching assistants and/or assistants in training activities.
Update current and maintain registration, program's progress, learning data, performance evaluation, post-course reporting, etc.
Take photos, record (opening and ending) at training courses or mediation sessions as required.
Gather feedback from trainers and trainees after each training session.
And other tasks/ projects assigned by the immediate supervisor (if any).
Qualifications
Fresh Graduates
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Training, HR or related field.
Ability to communicate in English with moderate to high proficiency.
Attention to details and good planning skills to meet the deadline.
Enthusiastic, thoughtful, careful, meticulous, and observant at work.
