JOB SUMMARY
Supporting the operation of applications.
Creating clear and concise reports and visualizations using Excel/Power BI.
Managing and organizing documents, ensuring their accessibility and adherence to company policy.
Tracking key performance metrics for stores, distributors, and regions.
Managing POSM for distributors, gifting, sampling activations.
Co-ordinate activation event: Customer Conference, D-Day,...
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Senior students or fresh graduates can work full-time.
Has experience of working on Sales Admin, Trade Admin or has project management skill in previous part-time job/internship is a plus.
English communication: Intermediate or Proficiency.
Hard-working, resilience, detailed, result-oriented.
Good communication with stakeholders.
Eager to learn and contribute to a global brand.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint,...
Can design or edit videos in Canva, Photoshop is a plus.
