Key Accountabilities
Manage Post-Operation Job Listings: Promote openings for positions in stores, sales, and warehouses across social media platforms.
Conduct CV Screening: Review candidate resumes, establish contact with prospective candidates, and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain Candidate Databases: Accurately enter and update candidate information in the recruitment database.
Support Recruitment Initiatives: Assist with various recruitment activities, including organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring programs.
Requirements
Education:
Undergraduate or graduate in Human Resource Management, Economics, or related fields
Skills:
Detail-oriented, familiar with MS Office (Excel & Outlook) and multiple social media channels.
