Job Description
The Finance Intern will support the FP&A & Reporting team in daily finance operations and reporting activities. This role focuses on data preparation, reconciliation, and administrative finance tasks to support month-end closing and routine reporting processes.
The intern will work closely with internal teams (FP&A, Commercial Finance) and Shared Service Center (SSC) to ensure data is timely, complete, and properly documented.
Responsibilities
1/ Reporting Support
Assist in preparing basic reporting files and templates
Support downloading, consolidating, and organizing financial data
Assist in checking data consistency between files and reporting systems
Support uploading data into internal systems
2/ Month-end & Closing Support
Assist in preparing supporting schedules (e.g. cost files, overhead allocations)
Support gathering required documents for month-end closing
Assist in simple reconciliation tasks (under supervision)
3/ Operational & Administrative Finance Tasks
Track PO / PNP / invoices and follow up for missing documents
Maintain working files and ensure proper documentation
Support timesheet collection and submission to SSC
Assist in preparing simple invoice drafts or recharge files.
4/ Other Support Tasks
Track PO / PNP / invoices and follow up for missing documents

Qualifications
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Finance, Accounting or related fields
Basic Excel skills (e.g. formulas, formatting)
Careful, detail-oriented and willing to work with data
Good communication and willingness to learn
No prior experience required (internship experience is a plus)
Knowledge of SAP or finance systems is a plus but not required
