JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Overview
The Marketing Intern will support CHAGEE Vietnam's Marketing team in executing both online and offline marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement. This role provides hands-on experience in marketing execution across digital platforms, in-store campaigns, and community engagement programs.
The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, and passionate about branding, F&B retail, and digital marketing trends in Vietnam's consumer market.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Marketing Campaign & Content Support
Support the creation, scheduling, and monitoring of content across CHAGEE Vietnam's social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo, LinkedIn).
Assist in preparing marketing communication materials, including posts, articles, and visuals for digital and print use.
Coordinate with designers and suppliers to ensure marketing materials are ready for use in-store and online.
2️⃣ Promotion & Event Coordination
Support in executing local store promotions, sampling events, and product launches.
Participate in on-site marketing and brand activation events when needed.
3️⃣ Data & Market Insights
Assist in collecting and analyzing campaign data, social media insights, and consumer feedback.
Contribute ideas to improve future marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
Support the evaluation of potential brand partnerships and collaborations that align with CHAGEE's business goals.
Admin & Paperwork:
Manage marketing calendars, meeting notes, and team documentation.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for campaign performance and meetings.
Support budget tracking and reconciliation for marketing expenses.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and liaise with finance for approvals
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
Strong interest in F&B, lifestyle, and digital marketing.
Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Zalo, LinkedIn).
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Basic skills in design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing are a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will play an important role in supporting strategic OTD & EB initiatives aligned with business priorities. This position offers hands-on support across Employer Branding, Learning & Development, Culture Building, and Employee Experience. This Intern will work directly with the HR Generalist - OTD and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects that impact CHAGEE Vietnam's workplace culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employer branding
• Develop social media posts and simple graphics to showcase CHAGEE culture and attract talent
• Update content postings on different platforms, monitor and respond to basic inquiries on social media
• Assist in organizing employer branding activities, maintain project timelines and track basic metrics
• Maintain brand asset library, coordinate with external partners under supervision, support EVP implementation
Learning & development
• Assist in arranging training logistics such as training rooms, equipment, invitations, and track attendance.
• Help prepare training handouts, maintain training records, and organize resource library
• Distribute and collect training evaluation forms, compile basic feedback reports
• Ensure training documentation is complete and assist with compliance requirements
Culture & employee engagement
• Help organize employee engagement activities and culture events
• Draft internal announcements, update notice posts, and maintain communication calendar
• Connect with Culture Agent team, schedule meetings, and coordinate participation in activities
• Prepare materials and assist with orientation logistics
• Help process recognition nominations, prepare certificates, and coordinate simple celebration activities
• Help organize tea culture education sessions and maintain tea culture learning materials
Overall administrative & project support
• Update related metrics tracker, prepare simple reports and presentations
• Maintain filing systems, organize documents, and ensure data accuracy
• Support communication between SSC and Store teams, handle routine administrative tasks
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Background
• Currently pursuing or recently completed related Bachelor's/Master's degree
• GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent (preferred)
• Availability for 3-6 months commitment
Skills
• Good command of office suite & basic Canva skills
• Familiar with social networks, eg. LinkedIn, Facebook
• Willingness to deal with related system
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Proficient communication in English and Vietnamese
• Comfortable interacting with different team members

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Finance Intern will support CHAGEE Vietnam's Finance Department in daily accounting operations, document management, and some reporting. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting practices and compliance in a fast-paced F&B retail environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn about finance, accounting, and tax operations in a real business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Accounting Operations Support
Assist in recording daily accounting transactions into the company's accounting system (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).
Support in checking and verifying accounting documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Assist with reconciling cash, bank, and supplier accounts under supervision of the General Accountant.
Help organize and maintain accounting documents, vouchers, and related files.
Support in preparing materials and documentation for internal and external audits.
Work with other departments to ensure timely submission of accounting-related documents.
2️⃣ Tax & Compliance Assistance
Support in preparing monthly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT) and related documentation.
Assist in collecting, sorting, and filing documents for tax declarations and audits.
Learn and apply basic knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
3️⃣ Financial Reporting Support
Assist the accounting team in preparing financial data for monthly and quarterly reports.
Help check accuracy of entries before reporting.
Participate in reviewing and improving financial processes and internal documentation control.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Strong Excel skills and and having a basic understanding of accounting software is an advantage (MISA, FAST, or similar).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
