We, ABROADER, are currently looking for team members to join our Student Exchange Association Vietnam (SEA Vietnam). A team member is a person who participates in local, regional, national, and international team experiences to develop entrepreneurial and responsible leadership.
1. ABOUT SEA VIETNAM (STUDENT EXCHANGE ASSOCIATION VIETNAM)
ABROADER has always wanted to found a Vietnamese student association. By joining our exchange programs, we would like to gather enthusiastic local students, and the young generation, and provide them with opportunities to improve their English communication skills as well as enhance other essential skills for their careers.
2. WHAT YOU GAIN
As a member of SEA Vietnam, you can:
Improve your English language skills
Make friends with foreign students, share about Vietnamese cultures and learn about other cultures all over the world
Sharpen vital work skills to prepare for your career: teamwork, organizational skills, communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving skills, cross-cultural awareness, etc
Have a chance to go abroad for study, work, and short-term exchange programs through ABROADER's domestic & international network with top companies/ organizations and universities

Receive full-time/ part-time job offers at ABROADER if you have good performance
3. REQUIREMENTS
Based in Ho Chi Minh city (locations nearby District 1, 3, 10, and Binh Thanh are preferred)
University students years 2, 3, 4
Hour required: 15 - 20 hours per week
High commitment: you are required to join SEA Vietnam for at least 6 months
Language English level: intermediate and above
Enthusiastic, responsible, and open to learn
Love to meet people from different parts of the world
Good leadership skills and initiatives
4. WHAT YOU DO
We are recruiting for four departments: Event, PR, HR, and ER, including 1 leader and 2 members per team.
4.1. Event Team
Receive program information from ABROADER about the upcoming exchange programs and activities
Analyze and understand the requirements for programs & activities
Plan the program activities and logistics
Deliver activities with the local buddy team
Support foreign students during exchange programs as a local buddy to explore local life and immerse in Vietnamese cultures.
4.2. PR Team (Public Relations Team)
Content creation and marketing channels management to share all the stakeholders' experiences and programs promotion for SEA Vietnam and ABROADER
Organize and deploy Marketing events for SEA Vietnam and ABROADER
Support foreign students during exchange and internship programs as a Local buddy
4.3. HR Team (Human Resource Team)
Recruit and train members
Group members to different ABROADER programs corresponding to their schedule
Communicate with members to understand their needs and challenges
Brainstorm and plan bonding activities and learning sessions for members
Support foreign students during exchange programs as a local buddy
4.4. ER Team (External Relations Team)
Communicate with partner schools and student clubs to organize exchange activities among international students and Vietnamese students
Communicate with partner companies to organize company trips and internship programs for international students
Look for potential sponsors for local activities
Support foreign students during exchange programs as a local buddy
