JOB DESCRIPTION
• Sourcing and identifying a suitable range of suppliers to support procurement activities and tender processes.
• Supporting buyers in developing and implementing Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) frameworks and related activities.
• Participating in procurement projects, working alongside buyers on sourcing initiatives and supplier coordination.
• Preparing and maintaining procurement data, reports, and documentation using Excel.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
*WORKING TIME: Mon - Fri | 8H30 - 17H30
*WORKING LOCATION: Lot B, An Phu - An Khanh New Residential, An Phu Ward, District 2
REQUIREMENTS
3rd/4th-year students or fresh graduates in relevant majors
Detail-oriented, careful and responsible
Basic Excel skills
Basic English communication (able to read and write simple emails and documents)
