II. ROLE PURPOSE
As part of our commitment to innovation and customer happiness, our Technology Department develops digital solutions that enhance guest experience, streamline restaurant operations, and empower our partners. These include mobile applications, online ordering platforms, and internal management systems that support the entire 4P's ecosystem.
The UX/UI Designer plays a key role in designing and improving digital experiences that reflect 4P's purpose and operational excellence. This position combines creative design thinking with user-centered principles to transform business needs into intuitive, elegant, and functional digital interfaces for both customers and internal teams.
The role bridges business strategy, technology, and design to deliver delightful and efficient user journeys across all 4P's digital touchpoints.
Reporting to: Product Manager / Head of Product Design

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and app/web metrics
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital products
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
Collaborate closely with product managers,
developers, and stakeholders throughout the design process
Create visual designs, including iconography, typography, color schemes, and imagery that align with Pizza 4P's brand identity
Design accessible interfaces that comply with WCAG guidelines and provide inclusive user experiences
Optimize designs for different devices, screen sizes, and platforms
Participate in design critique sessions and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and emerging technologies
Contribute to the creation of design documentation, presentations, and specifications
Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Design interactive elements and animations that enhance the user experience
Advocate for the user throughout the product development process
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Experience conducting user research and usability testing
Understanding of design systems and component-based design approaches
Knowledge of information architecture and content strategy principles
Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, and composition
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
Experience working in cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development capabilities/constraints
Feeder Roles: Junior UX/UI Designer, Visual Designer, Interaction Designer
Next Roles: Senior UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, Design Lead
