Position: Intern of Seeds of Hope project (SoH)

Duration: 6 months
Working time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM. At least 3 days per week

About IECD
The Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) is an international non-profit organization that has been working to promote social and economic inclusion since 1988. In Vietnam, IECD supports vocational training programs and social enterprises to empower youth and marginalized communities. We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our communications team to enhance the visibility of our projects and impact through engaging content.
The Seeds of Hope training program is a 9-month training program in automotive including 3 months training at school and 6 months in internship. Our objective is to support the most vulnerable students so they gain confidence and to integrate a formal job with decent conditions.
Role
As a SoH Intern, you will work closely with the SoH team to
Assist the technical trainer with classroom monitoring & reporting, including time tracking and activity recording through photos.
Collaborate with the Communications team to develop and execute media posting plans, including photos, video clips, and contents creation about the SoH training and activities.
Assist the
project manager in project implementation by supporting the organization of events and workshops
Requirements
- Students or recent graduates from Communication, Social Work, Development, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
- Skills:
Good at Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Basic knowledge of video editing.
Basic photography.
English Proficiency: comfortable with translation and collaboration in English.
Compensation
Allowance: 200,000 VND per working day (6 hours)
