The International School of Business (ISB), under the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH), is an English-speaking international university offering undergraduate and postgraduate programs in business, management, public administration, and finance. ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnership & Business Development Intern in the Growth and Engagement department of the Global Pathways program ([protected info]). The role supports the development and management of partnerships with international universities, government bodies, and corporate stakeholders. It also involves conducting research, strengthening program operations, and contributing to innovation in partnerships and program offerings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Partnership Development and Management
Coordinate meetings, visits, and collaboration activities with partners, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship maintenance.
Stay updated on news and developments from partner universities and stakeholders.
Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and documentation to support partner engagement activities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement joint projects that align with strategic goals.
2. Research and Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program and partnership expansion.
Propose improvements to the current product portfolio and partnership strategies to ensure high value for students.
Analyze data and feedback to support decision-making in business development initiatives.
3. Task Management and Administrative Support
Maintain clear and organized schedules for meetings, visits, and project milestones.
Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks such as paperwork and documentation related to partnership activities.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or up to to 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar role.
Candidates who have studied abroad are preferred, as they demonstrate an understanding of international education systems and cross-cultural communication.
2. Skills and Experience:
Strong command of English, both spoken and written (equivalent to IELTS 7.0+).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with design tools is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Strong organizational skills, with experience in project coordination or event management being a bonus.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
