👋 Skills & Qualities:
Strong command of spoken English.
Reliable, punctual, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; supportive and collaborative with peers.
Fully available for the entire duration of the trip (both in Ho Chi Minh City and other locations).
Patient, respectful, and empathetic toward unprivileged people and children.
Committed to actively participating in all activities and willing to assist whenever needed.
👋 Responsibilities:
Assist with organizing and supporting outdoor activities, meal preparation, restaurant reservation, accommodation, construction, and other logistics for the delegation.
Provide full support to the delegation throughout the project (100% presence required).
Support project leaders in coordinating and managing tasks.
Share knowledge of Vietnamese culture, language, and local attractions with the international team.
Facilitate effective communication between the Vietnamese community and the Singaporean participants.
Carry out other support tasks as assigned to ensure the project's success.
